Exchange & Refund Policy  Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds. 

Delivery Times: We will process your order within 2-5 business days (unless otherwise stated - please note some items are made to order so there could be an approx. 4 week turnaround plus shipping).  If you order a "made to order" item & also order a stock item(s) in the same order, we will send your full order once your pre-order / made to order item(s) are ready. You will be sent an email notifying when your order has been sent with tracking information. 

Shipping: 

New Zealand:
 All orders are sent with tracking. Poppy Cotton will not accept responsibility for missing orders if the Courier (signature reqd.) option is not selected. The courier with tracking & signature required is highly recommended. 
Australia:

 All our parcels are carefully packaged and sent via NZ Post International Air.  Please allow 7-10+ days for delivery (depending on location). There is also an option to have your parcel couriered with tracking & signature required (this option is highly recommended) . Poppy Cotton will not accept responsibility for missing orders if you do not select the signature required option.  Any taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. . International sales are final.

Around the World:

Colours: Reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic processes allow, however please note that product colours may vary from what is displayed on your computer monitor or device and may vary from monitor to monitor and device to device.

Faulty or damaged items
All our products are checked thoroughly before being dispatched. If by chance you receive a faulty item please contact us at info@poppycotton.co.nz within 5 days to arrange a replacement or credit note.

 • We will only accept items that are returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged). 
 • Exchanges and credits can only be issued to the original purchaser.
 • The cost of the return delivery will not be covered by Poppy Cotton and is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We recommend that you return your parcel with tracking & signature required, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost.  Please also include a self addressed prepaid satchel for the return of your new product - if applicable.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.
  • If the returned items have been used, or if the original packaging has been altered or damaged in anyway, your return will not be accepted.

**No returns or refunds due to incorrect sizing or preference of the style.

**All Custom order sales are final  - no refunds, credits or returns.
